Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Woodbridge, Virginia team. This full-time, onsite role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on rehabilitation across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program in Physical Therapy
• State license to practice Physical Therapy
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Experience with EHR systems and documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians.
• Plan and implement personalized treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine rehab.
• Provide hands-on therapy using various techniques and modalities.
• Deliver excellent patient service and family communication.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and care continuity.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation and achieve productivity and quality standards
