Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Valley Care Solution, you will work primarily in the homes of our clients, providing you with a unique opportunity to deliver personalized care in comfortable, familiar settings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical condition and needs.
• Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment programs that may involve various modalities, exercises, and therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize research-driven approaches to ensure effective treatment, closely tracking patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes by sharing insights and best practices.
• Deliver therapy sessions in a compassionate, supportive manner that boosts patient motivation and adherence to the treatment plan.
• Instruct patients and their caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies to encourage independence and self-care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of patient demographics, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. You will engage with patients at various recovery stages, providing essential therapeutic services that help them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Building strong relationships with each patient will be key to helping them exceed their functional goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills alongside strong computer literacy.
• Ability to establish rapport and connect with patients to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) may be preferred.
• Experience in home care or outpatient settings with a demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice.

Compensation and Benefits
