Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement customized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that address the individual needs of each patient.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in both the clinic and home settings, effectively executing procedures and techniques aligned with the physician's care plan.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and foster continuous improvement in care delivery.
• Provide clear consultations and education to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about their treatment journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
