Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Providing hands‑on treatment, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications tailored to individual patient progress.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention techniques, and overall lifestyle modifications to support long‑term health.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care for patients.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records in line with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrating evidence-based methodologies into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse orthopedic population, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults seeking rehabilitation post‑surgery. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
