Key Responsibilities

Exceptional Customer Service & Tenant Relations:

• Greet all prospective residents, current tenants, and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.

• Conduct engaging in-person conversations, phone calls, and email communication tailoring the experience to each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Answer questions regarding lease terms, property amenities, and local neighborhood details with enthusiasm and accuracy.

• Build lasting relationships by promptly and empathetically addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Proactive Issue Resolution & Tenant Advocacy:

• Take initiative in addressing and resolving tenant complaints, service requests, and day-to-day issues independently with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Exercise strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving to handle unexpected challenges on-site.

• Report safety hazards, emergency repairs, or unauthorized occupants immediately to management.

Leasing & Administrative Operations:

• Guide prospective residents seamlessly through the application, screening, and leasing paperwork process.

• Coordinate key assignments, manage property access control, and assist with maintaining organized tenant files.

• Maintain up-to-date availability and pricing records within the property management system and postings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, hospitality, or a related field role.

• Customer-First Mindset: A natural passion for helping people, paired with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism with residents, team members, and the public.

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening and persuasive presentation.
