Job summary

Altos Realty Advisors, Inc. is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join a multi-site property management team. You will schedule tours, respond to leads, and qualify prospects across the portfolio, with Spanish language skills considered a strong plus.

Proficiency in AppFolio and Google Workspace is required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary. The role emphasizes keeping tenants informed, supporting marketing efforts, and guiding residents from lead to application while meeting leasing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in real estate preferred.
• Prior leasing, sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace and Appfolio.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and tour prospective tenants across the portfolio.
• Respond promptly to rental leads via phone, email, and online platforms using AppFolio.
• Maintain proactive communication and track lead/showing activity.
• Qualify prospective tenants and identify rental needs.
• Support marketing by updating listings and coordinating signage.
• Process applications, including background and reference checks.
• Collaborate with property management to move units from lead to application.
• Meet leasing and conversion goals while ensuring a positive tenant experience.
• Perform other duties to support property operations.

We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our multi-site property management team. Spanish language skills are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and tour prospective tenants across the portfolio, highlighting property features and community amenities.
• Utilize property management software (e.g. AppFolio) to respond promptly to incoming rental leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Maintain proactive communication with prospective residents to promptly address questions and maintain accurate lead and showing activity.
• Qualify prospective tenants and identify their rental needs.
• Support marketing efforts by updating listings, coordinating signage, and assisting with community events.
• Conduct application processing, including background and reference checks.
• Work closely with the property management team to keep units moving from lead → showing → application.
• Meet leasing and conversion goals while maintaining a positive experience for prospective tenants.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field preferred.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience desired.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace and Appfolio property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
