Responsibilities

• Label, process and deliver specimens for testing.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist with coordinating blood drives and donor screening.
• Answer phones, print reports and provide test results as applicable.
• Enter patient data and test orders into LIS/HIS.
• Verify patient identification and communicate exceptions.
• Follow infection-control and waste policies; keep a safe, clean environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
