Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to stand long periods.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of health standards, food safety, and inventory management.
• Able to communicate clearly (verbal and written) and schedule weekly shifts.
• Able to lift 35-50 pounds and work a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff and coordinate shift duties.
• Order food from approved vendors and maintain inventory.
• Communicate with drivers, front-of-house, and General Manager.
• Uphold Brenz' standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Prepare and supervise daily kitchen tasks.
