Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant industry, health standards, and food safety regulations.
• Experience in restaurant kitchens and ability to learn all Brenz kitchen roles.
• Clear communication with others (verbal and written) and ability to organize weekly schedules with the GM.
• Lead by example; manage kitchen staff and uphold Brenz' high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example; communicate with staff, drivers, front of house, and the General Manager.
• Organize and manage weekly kitchen schedules with the General Manager.
• Uphold Brenz' high standards of quality and cleanliness and provide exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise daily kitchen operations.
