This dual-role position requires you to take orders, answer phones, operate the register, help customers, prepare ingredients, make food, package orders, clean, and support the team in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided for those who are dependable and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Customer service responsibilities: greet, take orders, answer questions, process payments, ensure a positive guest experience.
• Food preparation: handle ingredients, portion, store, and restock per Brenz recipes and safety standards.
• Teamwork: communicate clearly, follow directions, support coworkers to keep orders moving.
• Cleanliness and safety: maintain a clean workspace and follow sanitation and equipment safety procedures.
• Physical requirements: stand for shifts, handle hot/cold conditions, lift and move items as needed.
