Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; follow instructions precisely.
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety practices; allergen awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Follow menu cycles and cost considerations; support head cook.
• Prepare and serve daily menus and events with quality and timeliness.
• Ensure standardized recipes and monitor staff during preparation and service.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and proper PPE; report issues immediately.
• Assist with opening/closing kitchen duties and inventory as needed.
• Train new kitchen staff and collaborate with Head Cook on excess inventory.
