Job summary
Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport seeks a full-time dining service team member to support daily operations, welcome guests, and foster a positive dining experience. Training is provided for career growth in a college setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m.; benefits include medical/dental/life, retirement, paid leave, and tuition support. Experience in fast food or institutional settings is preferred, with strong communication and time-management skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience preferred or equivalent training.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and respectful service to all guests.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; sanitation of equipment; general housekeeping.
- Back of House: Assist with basic food preparation; stock service lines; follow recipes and labeling; use FIFO.
- Other: Comply with safety policies; complete required training; may work snow closure days.
