Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to perform duties.

• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used in this job.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Produce deli items and prepare food per plan-o-gram (POG) and SOP.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Maintain food safety compliance logs daily and track loss (KLT).
• Train team members and help customers with deli products and display items.
• Prepare sandwiches, pizzas, and other prepared foods; portion and label items for display.
• Assist with roasting, frying, and packaging of chicken and other proteins.
• Handle orders, weight and label deli items, and restock grab-and-go sections.
• Maintain organization of cooler and freezer and execute merchandising programs.
