Responsibilities

• Review schedule and prepare for duties at start of shift
• Prepare food items (sandwiches, pizza, fried items) per SOP/POG
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
• Produce and label products for display and case
• Assist customers and portion deli foods
• Maintain loss tracking and inventory records
• Train teammates and support weekly merchandising plans
• Adhere to safety, PPE, and food safety regulations
