Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring a Store Team Member in Manchester, PA to support deli and hot bar operations. You will prepare sandwiches, pizzas, and other deli items, weigh and label foods, and assist customers while keeping the area clean and safe.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, operating ovens and slicers, and handling cash register duties, all while upholding food safety standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and 4+ hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, pizzas, and deli items and serve customers.
• Weigh, wrap, label, and merchandize deli foods per plan.
• Operate deli equipment and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist customers and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines and report incidents as required.
