The Key Carrier role is an extension of the Coordinator role, with responsibilities alternating based on store needs. Key Carriers perform as Coordinators and occasionally step into a leadership role, maintaining store operations. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required. Role models exceptional customer service.

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to the store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues promptly and coaches Associates accordingly
• Exercises discretion in customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates follow operational procedures
• Executes opening/closing procedures as per guidelines
• Communicates effectively with management and Associates on priorities and updates
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
