Opportunity: Grow Your Career
The Key Carrier role is an extension of the Coordinator role, with responsibilities alternating based on store needs. Key Carriers perform as Coordinators and occasionally step into a leadership role, maintaining store operations. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required. Role models exceptional customer service.
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
- Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
- Acts as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensures store team performs tasks according to the store plan; prioritizes as needed
- Addresses customer service issues promptly and coaches Associates accordingly
- Exercises discretion in customer service policies to satisfy customers
- Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
- Ensures Associates follow operational procedures
- Executes opening/closing procedures as per guidelines
- Communicates effectively with management and Associates on priorities and updates
- Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
- Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
- Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Promotes credit and loyalty programs
- Supports shrink reduction initiatives
- Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
- Other duties as assigned

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
