Job Title: Supervisor, Quality WAH-Remote (NA) – U.S.

Job Description: The Supervisor, Quality is responsible for supporting Transactional Monitoring for one or multiple clients with various programs or lines of business within a single site. They supervise all on-site Quality Evaluators supporting their assigned portfolio. The role involves developing employee skills, ensuring evaluation accuracy, and providing quality analysis and insights on program performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise work group, assign tasks, monitor attendance, and participate in hiring, training, and performance appraisals following organizational policies and legal requirements.
  2. Maintain accurate performance metrics for individual team members and overall team performance.
  3. Analyze quality performance across the site or client, identify trends, determine root causes, and lead corrective actions.
  4. Evaluate process and staff effectiveness, collaborating with stakeholders to improve operations.
  5. Lead quality task forces and action plans with business stakeholders for the site or client.
  6. Ensure consistent application of quality processes, including calibration sessions, reviews, insights, reporting, and certification processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and professionalism skills.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary range is $35,110.00 - $43,888.00 per year, plus performance incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid training, DailyPay option, diversity programs, wellness initiatives, mentorship, remote work setup, and participation in various company events and programs.
