Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience (preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient using computers and MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify used.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift and assist the manager to ensure the day’s scope of work gets done.
• Ensure assigned janitorial duties are completed.
• Apply work standards for janitorial employees per company practices.
• Monitor, measure, and report shift performance to management.
• Communicate daily assignments to janitorial staff.
• Maintain equipment and safety guidelines during the shift.
• Address customer complaints to meet satisfaction goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
