Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience (preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. — E-Verify used by employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by assisting the manager to ensure the day’s scope of work is completed.
• Ensure assigned janitorial duties are completed.
• Assist the manager in applying work standards for janitorial staff.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance during the shift.
