Compass Group USA, ESFM division, seeks a Lead Janitor in Buckeye, AZ to supervise custodial training and administrative tasks. The role requires previous janitorial and warehouse experience and is based at 24105 West Southern Avenue. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial and warehouse experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks and oversees training for custodial associates.
• Trains team members on cleaning methods, materials and heavy commercial equipment.
• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation and reviews trainee records.
• Performs monthly safety performance reviews and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Performs walk-through building inspections and other duties as assigned.
