B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in the Southern Columbus, Ohio Region. You will lead a team of 15+ people, ensure high cleaning standards, communicate effectively with staff and management, and uphold company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and detail oriented required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Complete background check, drug test, and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Order and stock cleaning supplies and document inspections.
• Lead a team of 15 or more, delegate tasks, answer company phone and emails, participate in meetings and check-ins with management.
• Hire, train, and ensure policy compliance within the department.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete trainings from the corporate office.
