Qualifications

• Fully licensed Ohio Intervention Specialist with experience implementing IEPs.
• Experience delivering Resource/Pull-Out instruction.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction in a Resource/Pull-Out setting.
• Develop and implement individualized and small-group lesson plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver instruction that supports students' academic and developmental needs.
• Implement accommodations and modifications outlined in students' IEPs.
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals.
• Use assessment and student data to guide instruction and interventions.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs.
• Maintain accurate special education documentation and student records.
• Provide a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of diverse learners.
