Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs and progress monitoring using data. You will create a positive learning environment, support students, families, and staff, coach self-regulation and organizational skills, develop measurable IEPs, and participate in MDT meetings.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead).
• School certification in Ohio is required.
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them.
• Individual professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction aligned to student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction using data.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment.
• Support students, families, and general education staff.
• Coach students in self-regulation and organizational skills.
• Develop effective IEPs with measurable outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
