UPMC Carlisle is seeking a full-time Staff Physical Therapist to support the acute patient care population and the inpatient rehab facility. Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating weekends and holidays.

The position involves initial assessments, treatment planning, administering physical therapy, monitoring progress, and discharge planning with patient education to improve function and range of motion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Active state license and CPR/BLS completion per requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret medical records and document treatments accurately.

Responsabilités

• Performs initial assessments, develops treatment plans, administers therapies, and documents progress.
• Communicates patient status to physicians and health care team members.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and coordinates plans of care with referrals.
