Job summary

Premier Therapy in Carlisle, PA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. Evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled PT treatments.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and complete required documentation. SNF/long-term care experience is a plus, and licensure in PA is required or eligible. This PRN role offers flexible hours ranging from 1 to 9 hours per week and as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
