Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will manage shelves, displays, and stock while building strong relationships with store personnel and RTMs.

The role uses iPad and Salesforce for orders and reporting, with adherence to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location (Oley, PA).
• Schedule: Off Tue & Sun.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Place orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelves.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal product launches and high visibility events.
• Communicate insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safety compliant and handle lifting/moving products.
