Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy! and Triscuit to life in stores. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are visible and in stock.

You will use iPad-based ordering and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions, follow RTM plans, and support seasonal launches while staying safe and compliant in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining the skills!
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, with occasional 50 lb moves.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lancaster, PA; secondary location Elizabethtown & Quarryville.
• Schedule: Four days a week and one weekend day required.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and management.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physical retail environment.
