Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are visible and in stock during daily store visits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles from Marlborough, MA; secondary location Hudson, MA.
• Schedule availability required: Monday - Friday

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay safe and compliant: lifting, bending, and moving products as part of daily activities.
