Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will stock shelves, build displays, and use Salesforce/iPad to order products and maintain stock levels.

A strong face-to-face presence with store teams is essential. You will drive seasonal promotions, capture display photos, and communicate store insights to the RTM team while adhering to safety guidelines and physical job

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Aufgaben

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as face of the brands and ensure shelf visibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Conduct daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence guidelines.
• Capture display photos using DMI and maintain in-stock conditions via iPad/Salesforce.
• Develop relationships with store personnel to support promotions and displays.
• Execute promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Adhere to daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Share store-level insights with RTM and management teams.
• Maintain safety and perform physical tasks as required.
