Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic snacks such as Oreos, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! You will manage shelf setup, stock levels, and displays, visiting Brookhaven, Aston, and surrounding PA stores.

Proficient with iPads and Salesforce, you’ll coordinate with RTMs to ensure timely promotions and planogram compliance. The role requires 18+, a valid license, 1–3 years in retail, and the ability to lift and move products throughout

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license in the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or GED can be earned while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Brookhaven, PA (Primary); Aston/Springfield Glenolden PA as secondary locations.
• Schedule Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily tasks including DSD merchandising and displaying photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to keep in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and compliance while lifting and moving products.
