BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in a full-time caregiving position, working 1-on-1 with clients in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, ambulation and companionship.

We offer benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement; ideal candidates have weekend availability and a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in hands-on environments (home health, assisted living, etc).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the care coordination team to communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

We are seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in a full-time caregiving position, this position involves working with clients 1 on 1 in their own homes, Assisting with things like personal cares, meal prep, ambulation and companionship. We are ideally seeking Full-time caregivers with at least every other weekend availability.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
