Position: Implementation/ Accounting & Financial

Job Description:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing and leading the implementation work for the system and will ultimately be responsible for the overall success of the implementation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead clients through successful implementation of EGT ERP & Finance Software Products. Review and identify customer business process and workflow requirements. Use subject matter expertise to consult clients on optimal use of our products for their business. Create structures to hold users accountable. Monitor progress towards implementation goals.
• Validate data conversions are accurate and meet project scope requirements. Create training agendas, client-specific process documentation, and other required project documents. Lead weekly project team coordination meetings.
• Build systems and routines for continuous improvement and learning throughout the process. Educate and train users on software functionality, remotely or onsite. Support creation of communication plans and key messages for stakeholder groups. Work with clients and QA analysts on data mapping documents while delivering high-quality customer service. Provide instruction and guidance to clients for data review and validation. Use technical tools such as MS SQL, MySQL, Adobe LiveCycle, Monarch to assist with project tasks. May create custom forms and reports for client-specific needs. Organize project documentation and keep internal project tracking systems up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, government administration, or related field.
• Strong instructional, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Successful experience managing large, complex projects. Ability to navigate decisions and processes across different parts of the system. Builds a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration on projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical ability to learn software systems.
