What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement
- Develop detailed documentation, including workflows and process maps, to support design initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement operational enhancements
- Research and propose automation and AI use cases aligned with business goals
- Present findings and proposals to leadership in a clear and actionable format
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- 2+ years of experience in rolling out new initiatives, systems, and tools
- 1+ years of data analytics experience and recommending business solutions based on data
- 1+ years of experience with AI technologies and their practical applications in business
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills; able to create compelling presentations and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement Certification
- Experience in healthcare, contact centers, or service operations
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation platforms (e.g., RPA, NLP, Chatbots)
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau
- Proven comfort with agile methodologies and change management best practices
