Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required; HVAC Excellence or NATE certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related industry experience; 5 years preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of all phases of residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students in all phases of the HVAC curriculum.
• Monitor, grade, and evaluate student progress; maintain records.
• Maintain positive relations with related industries and active program advisory committee.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and industry partners to establish work-based learning experiences.
• Collaborate with K-12 education partners to support dual enrollment to full-time enrollment pathways.
• Support curriculum development, program accreditation, and daily lesson planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support TCAT Northwest mission.
