Job summary

Jobot is seeking an HVAC Technician to teach and lead hands‑on training in our classroom and lab settings in Connecticut. The role involves delivering HVAC coursework, supervising equipment and inventory, and coordinating with faculty to ensure high‑quality student outcomes.

The successful candidate will mentor students toward licensing, certification, and employment opportunities, while collaborating with administration to maintain curriculum standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut S1 or S2 license required (B2 combined with D2 also acceptable).
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a licensed HVAC Technician or similar role (apprenticeship experience not included).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC courses and provide hands‑on training in classroom and lab settings (minimum 20 teaching hours per week).
• Manage program operations including scheduling, inventory, equipment, and classroom resources.
