Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform general repairs/maintenance.
• Assist other HVAC tradesmen as directed.
• Operate light or heavy equipment and maintain tools.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Overtime may be required.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
