Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multilanguage fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, and restroom care.
• Inform Supervisor of supplies and maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Remove trash and assist in emergency cleaning.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitary levels of supplies and equipment in assigned areas.
• Inspect areas daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
