Full-time associates will clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures, maintain a neat linen cart, and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart neat, well stocked, and organized.
• Report any areas or equipment in guest rooms needing attention (fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found items to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
