Job summary

Silverado Calabasas is hiring Housekeepers to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming memory care environment for residents. This role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and compassionate service, contributing to a leader in aging care.

You will work full time on the AM shift, joining a team that supports residents with memory impairment while upholding dignity and respect, and you may receive training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform walking/bending.
• Experience with older adults or memory care preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community

• No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred

• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Anticipated pay range

$19—$21 USD
