Silverado Berkeley, a memory care innovator, is hiring Housekeepers to keep resident areas clean, safe, and welcoming. This full-time role fits detail-minded, reliable team players who care for others with respect and compassion.

You’ll work the AM shift (Thursday–Monday, 9:00am–5:30pm) with anticipated pay range of $21–$23 per hour and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance. No prior memory care experience required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.
• Willing to work with individuals with memory impairment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community

• No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Anticipated pay range
