Job summary

Silverado Lee's Summit is hiring dedicated Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for memory care residents. This role blends attention to detail with reliability and a heart for service, supporting residents with dementia while working closely with a compassionate team.

Anticipated pay range is $17-$22 per hour for a full-time AM shift (7:00am–3:30pm). Benefit offerings include health/dental/vision, 401(k) and paid time off, plus professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Will be working with individuals with memory impairments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas
• Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments
• No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
