Job summary

Silverado Red Rock is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This role values attention to detail, reliability, and a heart for service.

You will perform housekeeping throughout the community, ensure sanitation in rooms and common areas, and support residents with memory impairments. No prior experience necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.

Anticipated pay range

$16 - $16.50 USD
