Job summary

Moravian Manor Communities in Lititz, PA, is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our not-for-profit senior living team. The shift runs 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and hallways is required. You will make beds, change linens, remove trash, disinfect carts and equipment, and assist with routine cleaning tasks while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of resident rooms and bathrooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, and basement.
• Make beds, change linens, wash mattresses, and wash bedframes.
• Removal of trash bags and recyclables from work area to dumpster.
• Removal of soiled linens from working area, via wheeled hampers to soiled utility room.
• Disinfect housekeeping cart and equipment.
• Clean outside trashcans and sweep outside entrances.
• Complete additional weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual cleaning and procedures as directed.
• Follow established safety guidelines.
• Enjoy camaraderie with the residents you serve.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This position offers a 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule, with rotating weekends and holidays.

What will I do in the role of Housekeeper?

• Daily cleaning of resident rooms and bathrooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, and basement.
