Moravian Manor Communities in Lititz, PA, is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Environmental Services team. This full-time role guides frontline staff, maintains cleanliness standards, and collaborates closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to support residents and staff.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in housekeeping, with leadership experience preferred. Work hours are 6:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have people skills and ability to interact with residents respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the Housekeeping Supervisor regularly to review activities.
• Ensure sanitary, safe, and cosmetic standards and perform QA inspections.
• Provide guidance and supervision to frontline staff.
• Cover housekeeping assignments as needed due to staffing shortages.
• Create and revise staff schedules with the Supervisor.
• Maintain floor surface preventative maintenance schedules and upkeep.
• Lead both Housekeeping and Laundry departments on weekends/holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
