Job summary

Moravian Manor Communities in Lititz, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to keep resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas clean. The schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays, supporting a caring, community‑minded team.

You will make beds, handle linens, manage trash and recycling, and follow established safety guidelines while delivering excellent service to residents. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, and basement.
• Make beds, change linens, wash mattresses, and wash bedframes.
• Remove trash/recyclables from area to dumpster (up to 25 pounds).
• Remove soiled linens to soiled utility room via wheeled hampers.
• Disinfect housekeeping cart and equipment.
• Clean outside trashcans and sweep entrances.
• Complete additional weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual cleaning per procedures.
• Follow established safety guidelines.
• Enjoy camaraderie with residents.
