Embassy Suites Nashville Airport is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in Nashville, TN. You will transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware, ensuring cooks, bussers and servers have clean equipment for guests' dining experience.

The role requires weekend, weekday and holiday availability, with a focus on maintaining health standards and a neat, well-groomed appearance. Prior food service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Prefer valid Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and clean equipment to support guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine per standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dish/pot machine processing.
• Wash ware quickly and replace in storage areas as designated.
• Keep the dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly so cooks can work.
• Maintain clean floors to prevent slips and ensure a neat appearance.
