Sheraton Music City in Nashville seeks an Assist Stewarding Supervisor to support the cleaning and organization of Food and Beverage outlets. You will sort soiled ware, run it through dish machines, and keep equipment clean to support kitchen operations.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and strong verbal/written communication to liaise with staff and supervisors. Competitive benefits are included with HEI Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsabilités

• Sort soiled ware and run through dish/pot machines.
• Wash ware and store in designated areas.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled per hotel standards.
• Polish and de-tarnish silverware for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly for cooks.
