Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee unarmed security for a hospital on a full-time basis. The role requires ensuring quality service, coordinating with the account team, and supervising officers on shift.

You will manage logs and reports, uphold procedures, and handle crises with calm, professional demeanor. A valid driver’s license and background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures.
• Driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience (if driving role).
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned hospital.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs accurately.
• Ensure quality service and crisis handling at the client site.
