Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for hospital settings. The role involves supervising security staff on a specific shift, coordinating with site supervisors and account managers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will coach, recognize, and discipline officers within approved guidelines, while maintaining safety and order on site. The position is full-time with hourly pay of $18.00.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and logs as needed.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
