Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Miami Valley Hospital North, Englewood, OH. You will assist patients with meal selections, assemble and deliver trays, and work with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.

We value prior customer service experience and offer a $16.00 per hour fixed pay rate. The schedule is 40 hours per week with rotating weekends. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and facility confidentiality.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and infection control procedures.
